Biography
I perform various operational tasks for the it.wisc.edu and DoITnet websites and occasionally create new communication tools for them.
I have a BA in English from UW–Madison and a certificate in Technical Writing from Clemson University. I’ve got a couple decades worth of CEUs in professional communication, project management, QA testing, web development, database administration, plain language writing and accessibility. I have a Information Accessibility Design and Policy (IADP) Certificate of Professional Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and am a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies through the IAAP.
I am active in University Staff shared governance, representing district 65 in University Staff Congress.
