Send even better emails: Insights gained from emailing 50,000 people
The UW Design Community’s session, brought Kyle Henderson from DoIT Communications to share his experience with sending out TechNews to all campus faculty, staff and students.
When should you send your emails out? What does it look like to send out an email to 50,000+ users? What goes into a responsive design template? Kyle shared about email newsletters and some insights he and his team have gained from sending the TechNews newsletter through Eloqua to all UW–Madison employees and students. Prior to being at DoIT (the Division of Information Technology), Kyle was responsible for helping manage design and production of email programs at the Division of Continuing Studies.
