Elevating Americans’ needs through modern design methods
Megan Holman and Jess Jones joined the UW–Madison Design Community in February to share their insights on the question: How do you design modern digital products and services for nearly 350 million people from all walks of life?
Holman and Jones are from Coforma, a digital services company that works with the United States government. They will talk about their experience working on federal services that make it easier for Americans to interact with the government, access benefits, and exercise their rights.
Following the U.S. Digital Services Playbook, Holman and Jones will walk through the methods they use to understand the problem they are solving, center Americans’ needs in their design decisions, and deliver accessible, inclusive digital services.
