Active Directory Migrations: May project updates
The Active Directory (AD) Migrations team has been working diligently to help departments migrate into Campus Active Directory. Here are some recent updates and milestones, plus a look ahead at what’s on the horizon for the project.
Recent progress
- Quisitive began preparing for a June migration with the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences.
- Quisitive began migration testing with the School of Human Ecology.
- The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ObGyn) inventoried devices that must be migrated in preparation for a DoIT AD Team-guided migration.
- Updated the process for independent migrations status tracking. Details: Independent Migration to Campus Active Directory.
What’s ahead
- The DoIT AD team will begin migration support for ObGyn with a target of pilot testing by the end of June.
- Quisitive will begin migration support for the Department of Psychology by mid-June.
- UW Board of Regents 4th quarter AD Migrations project reporting.
