Information Technology Leadership Development

Promoting IT leadership development training at UW–‍Madison

The Information Technology Leadership Development (ITLD) is a group of MOR Leaders Program (ITLP) and Lead From Where You Are (LFWYA) alumni who facilitate and coordinate the university’s MOR leadership training programs for IT professionals. MOR Associates—a private firm that specializes in higher education leadership training—administers the training programs. Hundreds of UW–‍Madison IT professionals have participated in these training programs since UW began offering them in 2013.
