Researchers and IT/support staff are invited to participate in this monthly community of practice, which features presentations and support related to campus research tools and services.

Who can attend: All are welcome. Researchers, IT and other support staff will benefit the most.
This presentation details a workflow that takes R markdown/quarto document, strips its R code, encapsulates the code and its dependencies into container, and programmatically creates the necessary files to run the container using Center for High Throughput Computing (CHTC) resources. If you are a researcher programming in R and you want to use CHTC computing resources, this talk is for you.
